Onwards national delivery from there can be arranged at cost. ** A beautiful and rare Danish inspired rosewood extending dining table and six matching chairs are available to buy in Sydney, Australia.  Even by UK standards where this was shipped from, it's an incredibly rare dining set. The table is a circle which houses a butterfly extension in the middle which pops out effortlessly to form an oval.  The six chairs are 'space saving' and four are designed to fit flush and neatly around the circular table. The chairs are a gorgeous deep caramel tan colour which compliments the rosewood perfectly.  When the table is extended, six chairs will fit around it for dinner parties etc, yet all six won't sit flush as the four will around the closed / circular table.  McIntosh of Kirkcaldy in Scotland along with G Plan of High Wycombe were the 2 main makers of British contemporary dining furniture in the 1960s and 70s .  Condition:It's in very good condition, the table has been professionally restored so that the rosewood is the same colour when fully extended.  The six chairs are sturdy and there aren't any tears or cracks to the original faux leather. There's a small amount of fading on one or two of the chair's fabric.
