Scottish furniture manufacturer McIntosh is best known on the vintage market for their mid-century style furniture, particularly for teak sideboards & dining sets. 
 
This teak dining set was designed during 1960-69 and is very similar in style to those of Hans Olsen for Frem Røjle. 
 
The round teak dining table has a concealed butterfuly extension in the middle which will manually open and flip out once the circular halves are moved open, to create a dining table for 6 people, possibly 8! 
 
The four teak dining chairs have the most beautiful grain and are covered with a stunning textured and patterned sage green velour type fabric - still very modern and in vouge by today's standards. 
 
This mid century dining set is really beautiful and space saving and will most definitely be a stunning addition to your dining area.
