This is a lovely 70's teak footstool produced by G Plan for their 'Form Five' range. 
 
The footstool has been newly reupholstered in a beige boucle hard wearing fabric and the frame has been cleaned and reoiled. 
 
The stool has been checked / reinforced and is sturdy, however delicate, so it wouldn't be recommended to use as a sitting stool, purely a footstool. 
 
Overall, the footstool is in good, vintage condition and does show signs of a past life (as with all vintage items!)
